CUBA CLAIMS CANADIAN PRIME MINISTER IS FIDEL CASTRO'S SON.

The suicide note left by Fidel Castro’s eldest son has rocked the Cuban nation this week, with the most astonishing revelation being the claim that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was his half-brother and the son of the late Fidel Castro.

The handwritten note left by Fidel Castro Diaz-Balart, 68, the eldest of Fidel Castro’s children, appears to confirm the longstanding rumor in Cuba that Fidel Castro fathered Justin Trudeau after a public tryst with Margaret Trudeau in 1970.

“ Castro Diaz-Balart, who had been attended by a group of doctors for several months due to a state of profound depression, committed suicide this morning ,”
Cubadebate website reported.

The death of the high-profile government nuclear scientist, also known as “Fidelito”, or Little Fidel, because of how much he looked like his father, stunned the nation, however it is his “ explosive ” suicide note that has set tongues wagging in Havana.

Amid a wide-ranging barrage of complaints, the note suggests Fidelito was angry with his late father, the revolutionary Cuban dictator. Fidelito wrote that his father, Fidel Castro, was “ always comparing me unfavorably with Justin” and “ dismissing my achievements in comparison to his success in Canada. “

“ But what was I to do? I am Cuban. My brother is Canadian. If he was born and raised in Cuba, he would have lived in our father’s shadow forever just like me.”

While Justin Trudeau is famously known as the son of Canada’s liberal former Prime Minister, Pierre Trudeau, comparison images of Pierre, Justin and Fidel suggest there may be something to the Cuban claims.

Strong physical resemblance aside, the Cuban rumors are also backed up by historical fact.

While Justin Trudeau’s birthplace of Ottawa, Canada may be a long way from Havana, his mother Margaret Trudeau visited Cuba nine months before Justin was born, and there are photographs of her socializing with Fidel Castro.

According to Canadian newspaper The Globe And Mail , Pierre Trudeau and his wife Margaret travelled to Havana and became close friends with the Cuban president.
“ Pierre Trudeau’s and Fidel Castro’s paths crossed for the first time in 1970 ,” the Globe reports , before explaining the Trudeaus had such a great time on the Caribbean island that “ an enduring friendship between the arch-liberal Pierre Trudeau and the Marxist-revolutionary Fidel Castro ” was forged.

Margaret Trudeau also returned to Cuba shortly after Justin was born.

Before shocking Canada by marrying the sitting Prime Minister of Canada, Margaret was famous in the 1970s for risqué behavior.

Known as a poster girl for the “flower child” movement in the early 1970s, she embraced the sexual revolution and scorned traditional marriage vows as archaic, destroying an artwork that hung on Pierre’s wall because it celebrated “ reason over passion.”

A self-confessed drug addict, Margaret smuggled drugs in her husband’s luggage while traveling, and made scantily-clad appearances at Studio 54. Her nude photographs are still widely published on the internet.

Margaret Trudeau has form when it comes to sex scandals with powerful and high-profile men.

Describing a 1974 affair with Ted Kennedy, Margaret Trudeau wrote in her memoir about the moment she met the US Senator at a state dinner in New York:
“ That evening, I felt such a pull toward him that we couldn’t even stand within a couple metres of one another. Pierre was not amused.”

Was Pierre having flashbacks to what happened in Havana four years before?
Margaret then moved onto the Rolling Stones’ guitarist Ronnie Wood and then Mick Jagger, eloping to New York with the Stones frontman in 1977.

The scandal signaled the end of her tumultuous marriage to Pierre Trudeau. The liberal politician fought her in the courts, won sole custody of the children, and refused to pay any spousal support.

Justin Trudeau’s parentage has not been seriously questioned in Canada, however the startling new information that has come to light in Cuba may change that.

  8. Justin Trudeau was born in December 1971 exactly nine months after his parents married in March of 1971. The first visit Pierre and Margaret Trudeau made to Cuba was 1976. If Castro's son really did say that and he really believes it, it's probably part of whatever mental illness that accounted for his suicide.

MINERS IN NAMIBIA DISCOVER SHIPWRECK LOADED $13 MILLION WORTH OF GOLD.

Image: Dieter Noli. Diamond miners working off the coast of Africa were beyond surprised when they discovered a 500-year-old shipwreck teeming with gold worth $13 million and other treasures. The ship, aptly named ‘Bom Jesus’ or ‘Good Jesus,’ was like a miracle to the miners. Bom Jesus was first identified and discovered by geologists working for the mining company De Beers in 2008. It was found off the coast of Namibia near Oranjemund. Image: Dieter Noli. According to experts, Bom Jesus is from the Golden era of Portuguese explorers who set sail in all directions in search of new lands to colonize. The ship left Lisbon in 1533 under the supervision of Sir Francisco de Noronha. But on its way to India, it mysteriously vanished. Before the discovery, the miners were draining an artificial salt lake. As the lake dried out, many lost ships were found at the bottom of the lake. Bom Jesus was among them, and it is considered the oldest of all ...

THOUSANDS PROTESTS AGAINST US MILITARY BASE DEAL IN GHANA.

Accra, GHANA: Thousands of protesters marched in the streets of Accra, Ghana, on Wednesday to protest a deal between the Trump administration and Ghana's government that would expand military cooperation. Protesters take part in demonstration organised by Ghana First Patriotic Front (GFPF), in downtown Accra against a Ghana-US defence cooperation agreement which was ratified by the Ghanaian Parliament last week.  Image: AFP. The New York Times reported that thousands of marchers demanded an end to a deal struck last week between top Ghanaian officials and their American counterparts. The deal would have the U.S. invest $20 million into Ghana's military and greatly expand U.S. soldiers' authority on Ghanaian soil. U.S. troops would be given access to the country's radio frequencies and one airport runway, as well as have immunity and receive tax exemptions for military equipment imports, according to the Times. Some of the provisions, like l...

MALARIA VACCINE PROVES HIGHLY EFFECTIVE IN BURKINA FASO.

A vaccine against malaria has been shown to be highly effective in trials in Africa, holding out the real possibility of slashing the death toll of a disease that kills 400,000 mostly small children every year. The vaccine, developed by scientists at the Jenner Institute of Oxford University, showed up to 77% efficacy in a trial of 450 children in Burkina Faso over 12 months. The hunt for a malaria vaccine has been going on the best part of a century. One, the Mosquirix vaccine developed by GlaxoSmithKline, has been through lengthy clinical trials but is only partially effective, preventing 39% of malaria cases and 29% of severe malaria cases among small children in Africa over four years. It is being piloted by the World  Health  Organization in parts of Kenya, Ghana and Malawi. The Oxford vaccine is the first to meet the WHO goal of 75% efficacy against the mosquito-borne parasite disease. Larger trials are now beginning, involving 4,800 children in four countries. SOUTH AFRICAN MP SAYS THAT IT IS OUR CULTURE TO BEAT YOUNG LOVERS.

ZIMBABWE'S FIRST LADY,  MR.GRACE MUGABE. ANC MP Loyiso Mpumlwana has defended Grace Mugabe’s alleged assault on a young South African woman, saying that beating young lovers is part of their culture. Zimbabwe’s first lady recently caused controversy when diplomatic immunity saw her dodge the assault charges laid against her by Gabriella Engels. Mugabe allegedly beat the 20-year-old South African woman with an electrical cable in a Sandton hotel, where she was staying with the Mugabe sons, and Mpumlwana said that her behaviour was unacceptable only from a eurocentric point of view. "I like what you are saying … a people-centred justice service that is accessible, reliable and efficient," Mpumlwana, who is a member of the justice committee, said. "Beautiful English there, but who are the people? "We have been colonised mainly by the English. Our system of the courts is still that. The African values are not regarded by the system; it is the Europea...

SURGEONS REMOVE 263 COINS AND 100 NAILS FROM MAN'S STOMACH

New Delhi (CNN) A man who went to the doctor in India complaining of abdominal pain was found to have nearly 12 pounds of metal objects in his stomach. Maksood Khan, 28, a rickshaw driver from Satna district in the central state of Madhya Pradesh, was admitted to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital on November 19. Doctors initially believed he was suffering from food poisoning, until tests revealed the contents of his stomach. "He had been complaining of the pain for the last one month. After the general examination, we found that he had an infection in the abdomen and low blood pressure, he was in a critical condition," Dr. Priyank Sharma, who led the surgery, told CNN. They soon discovered that the cause of his pain was far more serious. "We had suspicions that there was something else because his family had expressed doubts that he was consuming unnatural, abnormal things. So, we did an X-ray and ultrasound of the abdomen," he added. The scans reveale...

SOUTH AFRICA LAUNCHES FIRST CANNABIS BEER.

Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA: A South African craft brewery has launched the nation’s first lager containing cannabis, capitalizing on the globally known Durban Poison strain after the private use of the plant was legalized in the country last month. Drinks infused with marijuana-derived compounds could grow to a $600 million market in the U.S. within the next four years, outpacing the growth of other categories of retail cannabis products, according to analysts at Canaccord Genuity.  Corona-parent Constellation Brands Inc. became the largest stakeholder in Canadian pot cultivator Canopy Growth Corp. earlier this year, while Molson Coors Canada has formed a joint venture with Hexo Corp. It’s not legal to grow the plant in South Africa, so the beer is being made with imported strains, mostly from Germany and Eastern Europe, Schubert said. Funded by investors including RCL Foods Ltd. Chief Executive Officer Miles Dally, Spar Group Ltd. CEO Graham O’Conno...

THE CAUSE OF MANCHESTER DERBY FRACAS IN DRESSING ROOMS TUNNEL.

Police officers and stewards were forced to separate up to 20 players and staff from Manchester United and City after a huge fight emerged in the Old Trafford tunnel yesterday. According to the Guardian , bottles and punches were thrown after the game (a 2-1 win for City), and Pep Guardioa's assistant Mikel Arteta was left with blood streaming down his face. The bust-up was reportedly sparked by Jose Mourinho knocking on his opponents' dressing room door to tell the players to turn their music down. He soon became embroiled in a furious back-and-forth with Brazilian goalkeeper Ederson, in which Mourinho accused the player of play-acting to waste time, before screaming in English: "You fucking show respect. Who are you?" Romelu Lukaku was said to be heavily involved in the ensuing fracas, which one person described as something approaching a pub fight, and it is believed that the bust-up was of a far more serious nature than 2004's 'Battle of the ...

"RAMAPHOSA IS THE LAST HOPE", CHINESE AMBASSADOR TO SOUTH AFRICA.

Johannesburg, S.AFRICA: President Cyril Ramaphosa is the “last hope” for South Africa, but his government must turn incentive policies into laws to secure more Chinese investment, a senior Chinese diplomat told Reuters. China is the country’s largest trading partner and has pledged more investment than any other country since Ramaphosa embarked on a drive last year to attract $100 billion of new investment to lift the economy out of a slump. While it has attracted some $55 billion in total pledges - including from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates as well - the drive has so far done little to ease crippling unemployment or boost economic growth. “President Cyril Ramaphosa is the last hope of this country,”  Lin Songtian, China’s ambassador to South Africa, told Reuters. But while African nations have seen a boom in infrastructure development over the past decade, he said projects proposed by the South African authorities had lacked feasibility studi...

MIKE TYSON IS STARTING A MARIJUANA EMPIRE IN CALIFORNIA.

Image: PA/Rex/Getty) Mike Tyson is starting the New Year with green on his mind, because he’s leading the charge on a cannabis resort that aims at not only producing high quality strains of THC and CBD, but also implementing cutting-edge technology to advance the research on the health benefits of marijuana. California has become the largest state in the US to legalise recreational cannabis use. As of 1 January 2018, adults aged over 21 can possess up to an ounce (28 grams) of the drug and can grow up to six marijuana plants at home. Opponents say the law will lead to more driving under the influence of the drug and introduce young people to drug use. But business is eyeing what could be an industry worth tens of billions of dollars in the next few years. On December 20, the former Heavyweight Champ broke ground on a 40-acre plot of land in California City, a remote desert about 60 miles southwest of Death Valley National Park.  He was joined ...
